Check your network card to make sure its configured correctly and working properly.Many times setting the network card to 10Mbps/Full Duplex will solve this issue. To do this, open(For Windows XP SP2 only because i dont how to configure with other OS)


1.Control Panel
2.System
3.Device Manager and open it
4.Go to the properties of the Network Card/Adapters
5.Right click then choose properties
6.Go to advanced tab
7.Find Speed&Duplex
8.Change it from Auto Detect into 10Mbps/Full Duplex.(For me, i set it to 100Mbps Full Duplex)
